Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
By using kickats.com ("KickATS," "the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
No guarantees of you getting a job or an interview. KickATS provides resume formatting assistance only. Hiring outcomes are not guaranteed.
The service
KickATS accepts your resume and a target job description, then generates an ATS-oriented rewrite. You may preview the result and pay a one-time fee to download PDF and Word versions, or subscribe for multiple resume unlocks per billing period.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information in your resume.
- Review and edit AI-generated output before submitting to employers.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or material you do not have rights to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, copy-protected previews, or abuse the API.
Pricing and payment
One-time resume unlocks and subscription plans are displayed on the site. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually only (no weekly billing). Resume quotas reset on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Stripe or by contacting support. One-time purchases are final once downloads are delivered, except where required by law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You receive a license to use the generated resume files for your personal job search. KickATS branding, site design, and software remain our property.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI output. See our Disclaimer for full details.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific resume session giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or block access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
